Can we start with just one product?

Yes - start free in any one product, and the others are already on your account when you want them. The Suite is one subscription either way, so trying the second product costs nothing extra.

Keys are scoped and filtered at query time by the same View / Edit / Admin permission model that governs people - an agent sees only granted spaces and boards, never drafts.
